Package Name: cetmap_observations_2012

To evaluate the available presence-only data a query of the OBIS-SEAMAP database (https://seamap.env.duke.edu/) was initially performed. These data were supplemented by existing literature and datasets collated by the CetMap Working Group from regional experts. All of the datasets for each region were aggregated into a single GIS file that was queried to produce the maps and matrix of "records-exist" values.
